A movement + herbalism studio
Located at 72nd and Lowell in Westminster's Historic Art District
Bodhi Bridge is an IBPOC-centered, patriarchy-decentered space where all are welcome who can be humble and interconnected enough with curiosity to explore what these concepts mean.

We teach yoga, movement classes, herbalism, hold space for retreats, education, video content recording, and fun. This is the lemonade stand for the lemons in the world. We sell products and services to support our work.

Bodhi Bridge is a movement and wellness space based on values of interdependency with humans and the earth. Movement is expansive into many limbs beyond complicated poses. Interdependency is expansive in that we need ourselves to show up for each other and how we are connected to the environment.
This studio is led by an Indigenous and Black human who is goal-oriented in having others connect back to their ancestral knowledge no matter where people come from. We are IBPOC-centered to remember the gift of non-duailism by not having to adhere to every aspect of the dominant paradigm. We are guided by respectful curiosity for self, each other, and the earth in our humble offerings.

We hope to make this hub in historic Westminster your space as you work on connection with yourself, each other and our place within this environment.
